Harvest Celebration and Thankgiving

Come and join us on 23rd September at 7.30pm when we enjoy a lovely three course meal. The meat provided by the generosity of Farmer Bryan, all food  prepared by our social committee, with a choice of starters and desserts and a glass of wine all for just £12.00per head, Tickets available from Bev Winch 02380 292528 or Viv Burch 02380 293351.

Then, on Sunday 24th September at 10am join us in church, wonderfully decorated by our flower guild, for a family service of Thanksgiving and Praise for all the good gifts that we have enjoyed throughout the year.

Christmas 2017 at Christ Church, Colbury

Sunday 17th December 6.30pm

Carols by Candlelight: service of nine lessons and carols and the Christmas story. Refreshments afterwards

Friday 22nd December 2.30pm -5pm

Messy Church: in the church rooms, Christmas activities for children to be accompanied by an adult, followed by a short Nativity in Church

Saturday 23rd December: 4.30pm

Christingle service for all the family, with oranges and candles

Saturday 24th December: 

8.00am BCP Holy Communion

10.00am Parish Communion

11pm         Mulled wine in the Church rooms before:-

11.30pm:- Holy Communion around the Christmas Story

Christmas Day 9.30am:  Family Service followed by a short Holy Communion

Remembrance Sunday

Please join us on Sunday 12th November at 10am when we will be holding a Remembrance Service in church followed by an Act of Remembrance at 10.50am round our Garden of Remembrance when local organizations will lay their wreaths.

After which there will be coffee and tea in the church rooms.
